Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Use apply to this app (the “App”) and other apps published by FM Apps Developer.

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

FM Apps Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this EULA and the App Store / Google Play terms.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions (for example: monthly, annual or lifetime access).

  • Billing: Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by FM Apps Developer directly.
  • Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and price.
  • Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store / Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
  • Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Price changes: If prices change, they will be updated in the store. In case of significant changes, you may be notified by Apple or Google and have the right to cancel.

3. Content and Usage Rules

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA. You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access control in the App.
  • Use the App in a way that may damage, disable or overload our services.
  • Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content.

4. Maritime and Weather Information

The App may show maritime, tides, weather or radio information obtained from third-party sources. While we aim to provide useful tools, this information may not always be accurate, complete or up to date.

The App is for informational and educational purposes only and must not replace official navigation charts, local authorities, or professional safety guidance.

You are solely responsible for your decisions at sea and for complying with applicable maritime rules and safety regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, text, code, and other content in the App are the property of FM Apps Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You obtain only a license to use the App; no ownership rights are transferred.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or that the information provided will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FM Apps Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

In any case, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App during the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this EULA or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we handle your data.
